The
Local Rules of Court of Tarrant County, Texas, consists of Parts 1 -
5.
Part 1 consists of "General Rules" which applies to all Tarrant
County District & County Courts at Law.
Part 2 is reserved for expansion.
Part 3 consists of "Rules for Disposition of Civil Cases" and applies
only to the Civil District Courts and the County Courts at Law.
Part 4 consists of "Rules for Disposition of Family Law Cases" and
applies only to the Family Law District Courts.
Part 5 consists of "Rules for Disposition of Criminal
Cases" and applies only to the Criminal District Courts.
